How Xiaomi Phones Spy On Your Personal Data?

China is known for using its private firms with global presences as a geopolitical tool. There have been many instances in recent history where Chinese firms have been found indulged in spy activities for Chinese government. As India is a major geopolitical rival to China, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Xiaomi is deliberately tweaking around with its products in India.India and China have been involved in serious border disputes recently. Armies of both the countries came face to face once in Doklam back in 2017 followed by a skirmish in 2020.

Xiaomi takes it to a whole new level where it collects not only the above mentioned data but also collects URL s being visited , browsing behavior ,third party apps data,  links clicked both in normal as well as private browsing mode.
