Mukhya Mantri Medhavi Vidyarthi
Yojana(MMVP)scholarship MP is a Post metric scholarship scheme for residents of
madhya pradesh who have passed 12th and belong to general/OBC/SC or ST
categories.
This medhavi scholarship for 12th pass students can be obtained easily by all the eligible candidates from mp scholarship portal.It invites applications from class 12 passed students of Madhya Pradesh who are enrolled in a graduate-level course in any discipline.

What are its Provisions?
All those 12th pass students who
receive this scholarship will be awarded the following:
For Engineering students scholarship
will consist of:Full course fees in Government and
Autonomous Colleges.Full course fees or 1.5 lakhs
(Smallest one) in private colleges.
For Medical/dental students
scholarship will consist of:Full course fees.
For National Law Universities students
scholarship will consist of:Full course Fees.
For Other Recognized Institutions
students scholarship will consist of:Full course fees.
Who is eligible for it?
Eligibility:
Students fulfilling the following eligibility criteria can apply for the MMVY Scholarship MP.
1.Must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh
2.Must have passed class 12 with 75% or more marks (if appeared through MP Board) or have obtained 85% or more marks (if appeared through CBSE/ICSE Board).
3.Must have annual parent/guardian income less than INR 6 Lac from all sources.
4.Must have enrolled to an undergraduate/dual degree/integerated course at a recognized university or institution through JEE Mains/CLAT/NEET/DU and other individual entrance exams of govt Universities.
5.Students pursuing diploma courses after 12th) from the recognized polytechnic institutions or government institutions can also apply.

2.Criteria For medical aspirants - The students who have obtained admission to a government /private medical /dental college through NEET merit are eligible to apply.
3.Criteria For law aspirants - The students who have qualified the CLAT examination and obtained admission to an NLU are eligible to apply.
4.Criteria For other Universities-The Students who have cleared entrance test of individual recognized govt universities.

3.For LLB:Only colleges through CLAT.
4.For all other courses:Only Govt
colleges of MP.
What documents are required?

How to apply for (MMVY) Scholarship MP 2019?
Process of applying:
1.Go to MP scholarship portal.
2.Register your account.
3.Obtain User ID.
4.Log in with your user ID.
5.Fill all details and upload
documents.
6.Submit it online.
7.Take print out of application.
8.Attach print out and all documents
and submit them in your college.
What are general guidelines?
General Guidelines:
1.Scheme is only for MP domicile
holders.
2.Scheme can be availed only for one
course.
3.Admission into college should be
take in session 2019-20.
4.Students taking admission in private
Dental colleges are not eligible.
5.Only MP situated Private Colleges
for Medical and engineering courses.
6.Student pursuing any course(other
than BE/Btech/MBBS) from private colleges are not eligible.
7.Only Private Engineering and Medical colleges are eligible,no other private college is eligible.

8.Your Bank Account must be linked
with your Aadhar Number.
9.Only admission fee and Course Fees
will be provided.
10.Mess,Hostel or any other fee will
not be provided.
Important Update:
Those candidates who change their course or college after successfully receiving the scholarship amount can send the amount back to DTE and then apply to get the scholarship for new course/college.

Important Notice:
Recently it is seen that those candidate who are going outside the purview of the 6 lakhs pa condition as their parent's income increses to more than 6 lakhs pa after taking admission are being barred from getting scholarship even after being registered for it.However no such thing has been mentioned in the rules related to Medhavi Scholarship.As per the rules of non creamy layer OBC reservation an income certificate is issued for 3 years and any scholarship taken on that can not be stopped even if income increases within those 3 years and becomes more than the scholarship criteria.
