Students in bachelor's degree programs in fashion design often take courses in studio-style classrooms that emphasize individual vision and collective technical fashion skills and techniques.Throughout this 4-year degree program, students create and build a professional fashion portfolio that is critiqued by fashion professionals prior to graduation.Pattern creation and rendering, illustration and prototype development are all emphasized coursework. A bachelor's degree program in fashion design lays a solid foundation in fashion history, fashion design and consumer trend analysis.Students become expert seamstresses and learn how to analyze consumer trends that ultimately influence inventory purchases.

What is Communication Design? 

A degree in Communication Design is a liberal arts degree, which is awarded upon completion of the communication design undergraduate program. It typically takes three to four years to complete, although some programs may be shorter or longer in length depending on the institution and course load. Communication design majors study the art of turning informative, persuasive, and entertaining messages into powerful visuals that impact an audience and compel viewers to take action. Students may focus broadly on communication design or add an area of emphasis in graphic design, mass communication, or media arts.

What is BA Textile design?

A bachelor's degree program in textile design is meant to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the creation and functional utilization of various textiles,Students complete hands-on work with the various materials and components that make up textiles such as knits, weaves, silks, leathers and color dyes.
Individuals interested in designing and creating the fabrics and materials used in fashion, interior design and even automotive design might consider a degree program in textile design. The most common degree available in this subject is the Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design.

Eligibility:

50% aggregate in Senior Secondary 10+2 from any stream. 

NOTE:This course is only for female candidates.

Admission Process (Indian Applicants)

THROUGH ENTRANCE TEST ON:

Saturday  June 01, 2019.

Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored Admissions:

The eligibility for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates is 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

Admissions are based directly upon the merit.

No Aptitude Test  required.

The Educational  Fee for 2019-2020 is :

US Dollar $ 3,850 p.a.

The following documents are required for admission against Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored seats:

(i) Original Certificates/ Marksheets of the qualifying examination.

(ii) Attested photocopies of the Passport and Visa of the NRI Sponsor of the applicant.

(iii) Foreign Bank Account Number or NRI Account Number of the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the applicant.

(iv) Declaration regarding, Non-Resident Indian status of  the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the applicant.

Important Notice For ADMISSIONS:

Generally Registration for Admission is done during: March and April.
